Our independent inventory clerk will conduct the inventory and using the latest technology will email the report within hours to you. A full inventory is provided itemising all aspects of the property room by room, before each new tenancy. It includes photographs, an assessment of the condition and description of the fixtures, fittings and furniture.
The PDF report is detailed and easy to read. It is your choice whether this is provided using your own logo, so you can offer a consistently branded service, or with our details and logo to show that it has been independently conducted.
The structure allows for updating with comments and information at check in, check out or mid term inspections.
Check In/Check Out Service
We provide a professional, efficient Check in service so that tenants fully understand the process and their obligations during the tenancy.
We can also complete an independent Check out against the inventory at the end of the tenancy and report on the condition of all aspects of the property, including any damages or maintenance required.
Mid Term Property Inspection
A full inspection of the property is undertaken against the property inventory detailing any discrepancies and changes. This interim check will report any damages, cleaning or maintenance issues.
